O'my! Border Collies

Dazzle is from our only breeding to Hitman RE MX MXJ BCAT CA DE DM DSA AS CGCA CGCU (Ryder/Spryte) and AKC CH Story RN CGC TKI PT born November 2, 2023. There are 5 amazing puppies from this breeding, click here to read more about the litter. While we had not completely planned on keeping a puppy, she just had to stay! To say I am smitten and obsessed with her would be an understatement. 

Dazzle is a super fun, bouncy, sassy and social pup who told me early on (day 17) that she was ‘mine’ or rather, that I was hers. Our connection has been undeniable from the start. She has great toy and food drive but is oh so sweet as well.  She has a nice little natural retrieve that started around 5.5 weeks of age, bouncing back to me and putting it right in my hand!  Dazzle is a free shaping machine - she loves using her brain and has been learning new behaviors and tricks in just a few reps. She definitely thinks ‘outside the box’ and loves to solve problems. She is absolutely brilliant but sometimes that transfers into being super naughty!  I am really excited for her to stay here and grow up and eventually start her foundations in dog sports to see where she will excel. She is certainly keeping me on my toes! 

At 16 weeks old, Dazzle earned her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) as well as her Trick Dog Novice and Trick Dog Intermediate title! At 16 weeks Dazzle discovered the pool and it's been a struggle keeping her out, even on 45 degree days, which she comes by honestly from her father (Hitman), grandfather (Ryder), grandmother (Spryte), and great grandfather (Player)!.  She is definitely part fish!

Dazzle reminds me so much of her paternal grandmother, AKC CH Spryte RN BCAT ACT1 DSA TT, and a lot of the daughters she produced for me with that sass, salt and spicy attitude.  She is also a MACH2 PACH Player RN MXS MJB MXP2 MJP2 BCAT DMA DSX AMX ASA PT great granddaughter, as daddy Hitman is from our Ryder/Spryte litter and granddaddy Ryder is from our Player/Jenga! litter, making Dazzle a third generation on that Player side and a second generation on the Spryte side!  I love seeing so many mannerisms and traits coming down from her relatives on both sides already not just in Dazzle but within her entire litter.
